Architectural Change Requests
Welcome to the Architectural Change Requests (ACR) page for Homesteads at The Harvest. This page is designed to help homeowners understand the ACR process, determine if they need to submit an ACR form, and provide access to submit or download the ACR form. Our goal is to maintain the aesthetic and structural integrity of our community while allowing homeowners the freedom to enhance their properties.
Do I Need to Submit an ACR?
Homeowners must submit an Architectural Change Request for any modifications to the exterior of their property or common areas. This includes, but is not limited to:
Structural changes (e.g., building additions, large decks)
Fences
Sheds
Significant landscaping changes (e.g., large gardens, tree removal)
Exterior paint color changes
Installation of solar panels
Major renovations or improvements
You do not need to submit an ACR for minor aesthetic changes or temporary structures, such as:
Minor landscaping (e.g., planting flowers, small garden beds)
Seasonal decorations
Temporary structures like bounce houses or tents (up to 14 days)
Small decks (under 500 square feet and within existing boundaries)
How Does the ACR Process Work?
Log In & Submit Online:
Log into the Sharper Management Portal.
Navigate to the Architectural Requests section.
Complete the online submission form, providing detailed descriptions and plans for your proposed changes (dimensions, materials, colors, and any relevant details).
You may be asked to upload additional documentation—see below for a downloadable form if needed.
Initial Review by Sharper Management:
Sharper Management will review your submission for completeness and may contact you for clarifications or additional details.
You may be contacted by Lisa Webb or Sharper Customer Care.
Board Review:
Once complete, Sharper Management forwards your request to The Homesteads Board Members for review.
The Board will evaluate your proposed changes to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.
The process may include a site visit or follow-up questions from the Board.
Decision Notification:
You will receive a written notification of the Board’s decision within 30 days of your submission.
If approved, you may proceed as outlined in your request. If not approved, the notice will include reasons and any steps for reconsideration.
Post-Approval Compliance:
Complete your project according to the approved plans. Any deviations may require resubmission and reevaluation.
Once complete, notify Sharper Management via the portal or email Sharper Customer Care for a final inspection.

If requested or needed for your submission, you may download and complete the ACR form below. This can be uploaded within your online request or provided directly to Sharper Management upon request.
